For the third year in a row, I will be the Paw Reader, fully dressed in gypsy gear, at Commerce Bank's Carnivale of the Dogs in Rittenhouse Square Park, Philadelphia, Pennsylvia. This year the date falls on Saturday, September 8 and the rain-date is the last Saturday of the month - September 2 -
